Legal Question in Banking Law in India
MY mother was expired before 25 days. In one of fd she did not mentioned the nominee.well i am only the daughter of her. My father was also expired . For this issue i applied family certificate in tehsildar office . Is this certificate is enough proving that i am one and only daughter so plz give me u r suggestion

Even if she has not mentioned even then you are her legal heir. File case seeking succession certificate in respect of all properties left by your mother. The order of tehsildar will help you.
