Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My mother was getting railway pension. I've submitted her Death certificate(DC) to Bank. Her name was spelled as Mariyammal my Tamilians, so mentioned in Death certificate. But in Kannada it is Mariyamma. But this is just an accent of the region, with no change in meaning.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The name of your mother in the Death Certificate should match with all her academic and employment records. Since she was a pensioner, you may incorporate her name in the Death Certificate to match with the name as it appears in her Pension Book, if the bank granting the pension raises any objection of name mismatch.
Regards,
