Legal Question in Banking Law in
hello my name is mrs sushila shardul i have account in syndicate bank koparkhairne branch i took personal loan i use to pay the amount on regular basis but because of some financial crises i failed to pay the amount of money and the bank manager is troubling me a lot i requested her to give me some time but den also she is troubling me tell me what should i do?

If there are harassment by phone or personal visits, complain to RBI. Better meet the Bank people and persuade them to give time for settlement. If it fails take to the first recourse advised.
