Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have a MT loan of Rs. 2 lakh from our school co operative society which is under Birbhum District Central Co Operative Society which has been closed recently. What shall I do?

If you have already availed the loan, the liquidator or special officer in charge of the Co-operative society can proceed before the District Registrar against you.
