Legal Question in Banking Law in India
if the nomination registered in first time is correct in all respect. After this two time the nomination is registered but incomplete in some reasons. We clearly mention that all the three nomination are registered in the same name.
can a banker to be paid on the basis of first nomination.
Is there any legal obstacles against paying nominee on the basis of registration of Ist nomination if the nominee is same person?

There is no legal obstacle for paying to the nominee if the identity in all the nominations are same.
