Legal Question in Banking Law in India
if the nomination registered in first time is correct in all respect in the account. After this two times the nomination is registered but incomplete in some reasons. We clearly mention that the last two nominations are registered in other persons name.
can a banker to be paid on the basis of first nomination? or the other claiment of second/third time registered claiment?
Please advise on legal aspect to whom the money will be paid so that the right person get the money

Dear Sir,
The Banker should ask for the Letter of Administration issued by the Court for releasing the amount in the deceased account and should not release the amount in favour of the subsequent nominees.
