Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Please tell me if whether a non CTS cheque issued very early (post dated) returned/bounced for the reason of stop payment made comes under NI act 139??
if sufficient funds are there in account and still cheque bounced due to stop payment ..is it punishable??pls reply

Notice still could be framed and the accused shall have to prove why was payment stopped and that there was no liability
