Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I am a non executive officer(aged 57) at a bank. I am being transferred consecutively every year since 2013. I am a Diabetic patient and the work given to me requires extensive physical work. Although I have applied for retention of the order on health ground the bank didn't take any actions. Can I legally contest against the bank on humanitarian ground?

1) No. Transfer is the prerogative of the Management.

2) Diabetic is common that too at the age of 52.

3) If they agree u may opt for VRS.
