Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Under the Non Negotiable Instruments Act, is there any provision to send a E-mail notice to the drawer, when a cheque is bounced or stopped payment. If so, please confirm the respective section, as I have a bounced cheque and the case is pending in the court as an e-mail notice was sent to the party. Please confirm.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A notice sent to the defaulter on a cheque by email is perfectly valid in the eyes of law, and is deemed to have been served thereon.
Regards,
