Dear Madam / Sir,
A Bank Account is opened by simply filling in the Application Form of the Bank for a Savings A.c ((if personal) and a Current A/c if used for business. You will have to submit all the KYC - Know Your Customer along with self attested copies of any two of your documents - PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voting Card or Ration Card and two or three passport size photographs..Yes, registration of your Application is necessary to open a bank A.c along with the minimum amount deposited into your Account.
