Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
I have outstanding of 53k payment in my credit card. Two months once I'm paying minimum due. But now I received legal notice from bank.I'm totally out of station to attend that counselling.please advise me what should I do now

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you remain liable to repay and settle your credit card dues, you should reply to the legal notice and settle the amount owed by you to the Bank.
