Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have to owe rs.8 lakhs and paid rs.5 lakhs. no intention to cheat. but require time to settle. but they are harrsing my respectablity. any legal protection for time to settle.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request some of your relatives or friend to lend you Rs. 3 lakhs and pay off the balance amount you owe to the present lender who is creating trouble.
