Legal Question in Banking Law in India
if the owner/seller of huf property is unwilling / deceased after selling the property, me as a buyer, how can the consent of huf be taken or what other document can substitute huf consent for bank loan/ selling of property. without any problem.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the property has already been sold by the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), the Agreement for Sale by the HUF with the buyer substantiates the transaction.
