Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have paid money to someone through netbanking but he is refusing to refund the money to me now and I don't have any agreement as a proof with him.so can I file a case against him in court and what will be the result.

You can file a recovery suit against him under Order XXXVII of C. P. C.

You can lodge a Police complaint against the person and get the refund through Police action.
