Only two parallel lines crossed by name cheque without words "A/c payee only" can be credited to anyone's account other than the name mentioned on payee?

There are tricks that can be played on checks to prevent them from getting dishonored on presentation. I am not going to tell those tricks here, because this will give ideas to habitual offenders and many non habitual may turn into habitual ones after hearing those tricks. However as far as your question is concerned. You are talking about a cross check and it can only be cashed on the name of the person on whose name its drawn, no one else can get it cashed.
