Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi, I have a patta land(not registered) in khammam, Telangana. Can I get educational loan worth 8L-10L to study abroad? I heard from few of my friends that banks will not approve loans for patta land. Was it correct?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Whether patta land is eligible for educational loan depends on the policy of the Bank which differs from bank to bank. You should check out with 3-4 Banks to ascertain whether they grant educational loan against patta land.
