Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have taken a personal loan from a bank when i was working for an mnc, but after i lost my job i could not pay back to the bank, later i got a job in an mnc and was working and was in a position to pay back the emi's once a detb collection agent came to my house and warraned me that there was anon bailable warrant issued against me and he even mailed me the same to my official mail id, due to this i lost my job and i am not able to pay the loan now they have traced me again and r harrasing me again pls advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
I do not see any reprieve for you ... till you fully settle the personal loan ... so take up another job ... and immediately repay the loan. Your loan history is also being simultaneously tracked by CIBIL.
