Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi, I had take a personal loan from HDFC, due to medical reason i am unable to pay my EMIs, now my loan tenure is completed and i have to pay 7 EMIs still, Please suggest if i can close the loan with the offer given by the bank or get the loan rescheduled. Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may either close the loan by settling the remaining outstanding EMI's or since you are not in a situation to repay the remaining outstanding EMI's due to medical constraints, you should request HDFC to roll over the amount of 7 EMI's as a fresh loan and get them to reschedule the repayment over a further time period.
