Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken a personal loan from ICICI in 2007.I paid 24 semi,but due to a sudden cerebral attack I had to leave my job and I was unable to settle the account further.
What legal action can bank take?

The bank will initiate legal proceedings against you for recovery of the outstanding loan amount.
