Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am physical handicap and my profession is teaching. I help my parents through lending money who doesn't returned it. I have a check and chit which is written by him. I want to take legal action. Which option is available for me?

The legal recourse or option available to you is Section 420 (cheating) of the Indian Penal Code.
