Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had presented 5 cheques of 40000 from 5 different individuals from 3 banks , within a day I got the message That the cheques have been returned due to Encoding listing error, what does this mean ,please explain- my mail I'd is [email protected] Mrs Ganatra

Dear Mrs. Ganatra,
You should check up with the Bank as to the reason for returning back the cheques uncleared stating that encoding error has nothing to do with you, and since it is a coding error on the part of the Bank, the error should be immediately rectified by the Bank at their end, and all the cheques you deposited should be presented and cleared by the Bank instantly.
