Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi, myself Priyadarshan. my wife has taken group loan against women from moneylender company.I am paying my EMI by cash since past 3 months But now i want to pay my EMI by cheque payment but they dont agree and forcing us to only pay by cash.

Dear Priyadarshan,
The mode of repayment of your loan is your prerogative and not the compulsion of the money lending company. You are legally correct and right in making cheque payments.
