a proprietary firm in delhi drawn cheque to a company in pune...cheque bounced.. in which court complaint can be filed n who will be the complainant and accused?? wht will b the format of complaint under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act?

the complaint should preferably be filed in Delhi from where the cheque was issued and accused resides or works for gain. for the format, you need to seek legal services of a lawyer in Delhi.
