Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I purchase kvp in 2007 now they are mature but there is problem of owner first name of my mother is no more expired and second name holder my wife we got divorce since 7 years so what is legel procedure to take money of kvp post master said the money will given to second holder means my x wife

Dear Sir,
Yes, your wife remains entitled to receive the money since she is the second holder.
