Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
I have purchase the prize bond of RS 7500 in 2000 and the same was win on 1.11.2003 in sixteen draw. but unfortunately it was misplace during residence shifiting and susequently it was found in 2013. i contacted to thes state bank of pakistan to get my prize mony but they refused to enterain my bond due to late submission/claim. they further told me that claim must be filed before the bank withing 6 year from the draw period. I need legal help to get my claim because delay on my part is not in my controll and i need to know who will condone my laps period.

you should approach the court to get remedied.. there were compelling circumstances in your case which were out of your control.. your case could be made out.. plz contact any lawyer inn your area to assist you more specifically along with your docs.
