Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have purchased stamp paper on dt 8th of arril,but i made the aggement of partnership written effective from 1st april.Trade licence,proffession tax licence,pan card is issued on dt 1st april. But bank is not opening the a/c,saying the partnership deed is invail.what to do?kondly suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the Partnership Deed is invalid. You will need to make a fresh Partnership Deed where the date of the deed is after the date of the Stamp Paper.
