Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am Rajesh bought a bike in 2008 and later on I missed last 10 EMI's to paid. After 6 year later finance company called me to pay rest and now I am not in condition to pay what will action taken by them

The Finance Company will confiscate your bike without due notice and recourse to you,
