Dear Sir / Madam,

This is my 299th reply this month and I am just one short of scoring a triple. Legal Attorney's at Lawguru.com are not paid even a "penny" for rendering their on-line services. Since you are helpless, you need to get a local Advocate to draft your writ petition in the Court citing the relevant provisions of :

1. The Indian Penal Code, 1860;

2. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872;

3. The Banking Regulation Act, 1949;

4. The Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993;

5. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996;

And just like the batting great Virender Sehwag achieves a double or a triple ton for India, by virtue of a four or a six, "raise your hands up" before your Advocate and ask him / her for cover under :

6. The Insolvency Act, 1920.

Regards,
