Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I received cheque from bank on3.6.2017 this date recorded in its file and my cheque after process returned to bank on 29.5.2017,I like to ask the period of notice date to be counted from date when I received bounced cheque or return date of bank written on challan I.e.29 may also suggest me how it costs for issuening legai notice .

within 15 days you need to serve legal notice ..

cost for legal notice varies from lawyer to lawyer 1000 to 2500
