Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have Received Many Demand Draft Issued by State Bank of Hyderabad Cross drawing with State Bank of India who has refused to pay amount with note "cross Drawing not Allowed as per RBI Guide Line"
SBH are doing repeatedly mischief and I would prefer to take legal action
