Contact a Lawyer and send a Legal Notice to him through your lawyer further if you dont get your money back even then then file a case of 138 N.I. Act.

you can file a c criminal complainat under 138 NI Act against the drawer. You will get your money back. If you are at Delhi you may contact me.
