Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My relative expired and he had a f.d. of rs.5/- lacs and nominate me in 3/lacs fd but in 2 lacs he does not nominate anybody, and his wife & father ,mother passaway and there is no any childern, so what can i do?

Hi sir, as per nominee you will have right over the said money of Rs.3 lac only.
