Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am removed from gramin bank service in officer cadre causing no loss.am i entitled to gratuity,leave encashment which got forfeited?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the charges levelled by the Gramin Bank are proved false and baseless, and if you are acquitted by the Court, you are entitled to gratuity, leave encashment, and all other dues with retrospective effect, including the reinstatement of your services in the Bank.
If the charges against you are proved, and if you are convicted of having committed the offense by the Court, the Bank is entitled to recover the total loss from your salary dues and terminal benefits.
