Can we use a rent agreement as a residential proof for new gas connection and for onne a bank account????

Dear Sir / Madam,
No. If is an Agreement for Leave and License, with the prior consent of the Owner, the new gas connection will have to be obtained in the name of the Owner, Banks generally do not consider an Agreement for Leave and License for a limited duration, as valid residence proof.
