Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Respected sir,
Iam a probationary asst manager in a nationalised bank and iam under suspension for misappropriation of money and a case has been lodged with the crime branch and it is pending in the court. what are the remedial measures?
how to get that job again?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to look for alternate means of earning your livelihood till the case is decided by the Crime Branch. At most, you may request the Judge hearing the matter to expedite hearing(s) on your case and expedite delivery of judgement.

U have to defend the case to prove your innocence. If the trial does not take place in spite of a delay of one year or more, move the high court for speeding the trial or to quash the charge sheet if it is groundless.
