respected sir , im prasad from vijayawad . my father is an govt. employee . working in vtps vijayawad a. my father has borrowed money from their frnds and gave a blank chaque to them with signature . now there are planning to case a file in court . please can u help us by giving an idea to us . to save my family life bcoz only way to us to make a suicide . plzz help us

1) Issue paper publication disowning the cheque and ur fathers liabilities, if u hv not inherited his assets, if any.
2) Consult a local experienced relevant law expert, an intelligent, able Advocate of repute, in person, with full facts to explain in detail.
