Can you please tell me that I can get service book of my deceased grandfather or not... He died in 1994..
If yes then kindly tell me the procedure...

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. You should submit a written application to the Personnel & Administration Department of your deceased grandfather's employer asking them to furnish the service record.
