Can a salary account be blocked for outstanding on Credit Card with the same bank

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, a salary A/c can be blocked by the Bank if there are dues owed to it on the Credit Card of the A/c holder. When the A/c holder(s) are the same, the Bank can offset and recover the outstanding dues in one A/c from the other A/c.
