Legal Question in Banking Law in India
a sale certifcate issued by the authorised officer on 28/01/2015. but it is registered on 20/4/2015. On 12/04/2015 civil court orders attachment of the said property for the liability of the defaulter. whether property conveyed by the sale certiifcate is liable?

Yes, property has been conveyed on 28/01/2015 with the issue of the Sale Certificate hence the attachment is valid.

Once registered the sale will be effective from 28.1.2015 the date of the sale deed. The purchaser can file a claim petition objecting to the attachment.
