security cheque given to some one without date & amount, have any chance to misuse or any othe things. Pls advise immly...

It can be filled up by him and presented for payment. If bounced, he may proceed against the person who gave the blank cheque. There is every chance of a blank cheque signed being misused by the person to whom it is given.
