Legal Question in Banking Law in Kenya
i am a service provider with an upcoming contract that the client is insisting that h wants to issue a revolving bank guarantee. can i draw from this bank guarantee or can i issue it to my suppliers for them to supply me with goods that i will use to service the contract

Yes, you can draw a revolving Bank Guarantee from the Bank to be issued to your suppliers.
