Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir, in my bank one RTGS payment is done wrongly.instead of 2.00lakh 20.00 lakh transfered. how to recover it...
please guide me

Dear Sir / Madam,
Bring this error to the attention of the Clearing House and the Receiving Bank, with instructions to the Receiving Bank to inform the A/c holder to return back the excess of Rs. 18 lakhs.to your Bank;.But prima facie, the concerned official(s) in your Bank who were responsible for this error are liable to make good the loss suffered by the Bank.
