i am two brother only my father is dead in 2015 i am 38 anther is 34. i am working in pharma co.but my job is not secure my brother is unemployed.he is not ready for doing job or taking settellment of pf bonous gratuty etc. means he want creat problem.can he get job or money withot my noc.

Being the elder sibling, it remains your duty to nurture and protect your younger brother. If your brother is not interested in doing a job anymore, take the lead to start a small business for your brother.
