Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, my brother is not a govt employ in bank, he is a worker in BCpoint ( business corporation point). But few days back a bank manger call my brother & did work. What happen oo now manager showing money shootage in bank. On this manger complet police station. Now my brother book in ipc 408 section. Is he geting bell or not., form this problem my brother come out or not sir.. Plzzzzzz give a advice sir..
