Sir,
I have cheque bounce of RS 25000INR if I file recovery suit in case will I get 25000rs or double cheque amount....how many hearing will it take place

Dear Sir / Madam.
You can claim for double the amount of the cheque bounced amount. Hearings are required to be completed within 3 months.
