Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, In December 2013 Supreme Court of India passed a Judgement in the case of an employee of Bank Of Baroda, in which the court said that any employee can claim Supraannuation benefits even in case of Removal/Termination from service, Sir, is this judgement of The Supreme Court is applicable to the other nationalised banks also specially in the case of SBI

Yes, the Court judgement applies to all nationalized banks including SBI.
