Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir, i had a education loan. i take it on 2002.some times i could not able to pay the money.And sep 2013 the iob manager called me.He said me to pay 50,000 Rs as one time closure amount.then i have paid it by 25th september 2013.he said he will return my documents within one week.but till they did not return my documents.Always saying to come next week like that only.also ther is a total of amount near 59,000.he said it will reduce.Because of this delay am very depressed.and fear about the excess amount also.what can i do to get back my documents.please help me.shall i complain to the higher officials.is it favourable for me?...

when you paid the sum of Rs 50000/- did you take a noc from the bank or a receipt of full and final payment receipt. If yes then he cant delay in returning the documents. For further clarifications contact 9312411481.
