Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi sir! Whether without filing a authorization one person amongst family member entitled to file a complaint against a builder/ accused?. The case of the complainant is the accused.builder has not completed their construction work within time and hence surrendered the work in middle and issued cheques for Rs.20,00,000/- Towards construction of work in future amongst one arbitrator. Plz guide me to defend the case filed by complainant.
