Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, I was Ex Govt Bank employee The Bank has removed me from service on the Basis of departmental enquiry, the Chargesheet which was served to me contains lot of deficiencies, no documents were given to me for proving the allegations of the chargesheet, can i challenge this chargesheet of the Bank in the Court, what relief can i get from the court if court accepts the deficiencies of the chargesheet.

Yes, you can challenge the charge sheet in the Court and let the Court determine the further course of action.
