Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir , i issue the post date cheque to icci bank for EMI , Date of EMI cheue is 15/02/2017 . at the time of the clearing in my a/c sufficent fund for clearing to cheque , which fund was deposit in bank at early in the morning of 15/02/17 at 8.30 a.m. but bank c.a.s. the cheque is bounce. please guide me what i do

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may go to the concerned Branch and sort out the matter with them requesting them not to levy the cheque dishonour charges to you since there were sufficient funds in the Account to clear the cheque. Also ensure that you obtain the original cheque from the Bank since the EMI amount would have been debited to your account.
